Cancellation Policy

For Classes and Workshops

Registrants may cancel up to 2 weeks prior to the first-class date, for a refund minus a 15% processing fee. After that, refunds or cancellations cannot be made for any reason, including illness or family emergency.  We sympathize when life hits us with the unexpected, but we are unable to recoup the expense of empty spaces in workshops. However, if we can fill your spot before the workshop date, we will issue a 70% refund. 

Multi-session workshops that are purchased as a series or not eligible for a refund unless the cancellation of the first session is made 2 weeks or more in advance. We do not refund individual sessions in a series.

Mud&Craft reserves the right to cancel any class when there is insufficient enrollment. Registrants will be notified and issued a full refund.

For Private lessons

Lesson must be scheduled and paid in full 48 hours before the lesson.

Cancellations are subject to a 15% fee. No refunds given within 48 hours of lesson start time.  Can Reschedule 48 hours before lesson start time.
